Join Our Team as Head of Contract Monitoring

Production Futures is a renowned creative enterprise that produces interactive theatre experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Contract Monitoring.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior professional to oversee the monitoring and management of our contracts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical theatre production, with expertise in audio, video, and lighting. They will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that our productions are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that productions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract management and reduce costs
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we receive the best possible service and value for money
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in technical theatre production, with expertise in audio, video, and lighting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
