About the Job:
- This is an exceptional opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and experience to drive change, improve services, and enhance the overall experience for our residents and their families.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, providing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
- A key aspect of this role will be to develop and implement effective policies and procedures, ensuring that our home remains compliant with Ofsted regulations and best practice guidelines.
- We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a children's residential setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations, and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
