**About the Role:** We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Work-Based Skills Adviser to join our team at Lancaster and Morecambe College.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high standard of current occupational knowledge, and a passion for developing people to reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for working with employers to support, train, and prepare learners and apprentices for successful employment within the Health and Social Care sector.

To be eligible for this role, you should hold a minimum Level 3 in an appropriate technical/vocational/professional qualification. If you do not hold a Level 3 Vocational Assessors Award, you will be supported to achieve this.
