Residential Care Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Brook Street Social Care, a leading provider of residential care and support to children and young people.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and leading a team, with a strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and legislation. They will be responsible for providing support and leadership to a team of staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
Key Requirements:
- Level 5 Leadership & Management CYP qualification or working towards it.
- Experience in a similar setting as a Deputy/Registered Manager.
- Professional and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
