About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury store in the Kensington / Chelsea area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing feedback and coaching to the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and providing feedback and coaching to the sales team
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Upskill and equip team members with the tools to succeed through clear communication and interaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
