Store Manager Opportunity

Luxe Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team in a brand new store for a renowned fragrance luxury brand in the heart of London.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to promote a positive work environment and ensure loyalty to the brand.
  • Develop solid relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and train the team on selling ceremonies to ensure an excellent experience at all times.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by taking commercial initiatives to drive the business and organizing events to keep customer engagement.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of all products and brand culture to provide exceptional customer service and build sales.
  • Set sales targets and ensure their achievement.
  • Manage staff rotas and shifts.
  • Analyse and report KPIs results to the company.
  • Lead by example by being involved in all operational tasks.
  • Maintain excellent store standards to reflect the brand image.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service-driven environment, preferably within the beauty or fashion sectors.
  • Strong people skills and a strong understanding of the luxury industry and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills to drive profits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and willing to lead by example.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Effective time management skills.
