Global Sales Enablement Lead

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at The Access Group. This role is crucial to our mission of empowering sales leaders with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to drive success in a rapidly evolving sales landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deliver a comprehensive sales leader enablement strategy that aligns with The Access Group's vision and goals.
  • Create and execute effective enablement programs tailored to sales leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources to excel.
  • Develop and implement frameworks and methodologies that drive consistency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
  • Coach sales leaders on the use and integration of conversational intelligence tools, enhancing their ability to engage with clients and drive sales performance.
  • Engage with and manage relationships with C-level executives, bringing a valuable perspective and ensuring alignment and buy-in for enablement initiatives.
  • Be a strong presenter, capable of owning the room and delivering impactful training sessions that resonate with sales leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leader enablement, with a deep understanding of the sales function.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at a C-level, bringing valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Experience in building and implementing sales leader enablement playbooks or similar frameworks.
  • Strong ability to roll out and reinforce sales methodologies effectively.
  • Comfortable coaching sales leaders in the use of conversational intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire an audience.
