Division Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our Polymer Seals and UK Composites division in the EMEA region. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and amplifying customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans for commercialising products and solutions
  • Lead cross-functional Key Account Management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify growth opportunities and drive business development
  • Mentor and develop sales teams across all regions to ensure alignment with divisional strategic goals
  • Set the strategic direction for Global Key Accounts and lead high-stakes negotiations to secure revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing or business development role with direct customer interaction and leadership responsibilities
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • Expertise in Customer Engagement Processes and Key Account Management
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
