Division Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a global leader in the research, design, integration, manufacture, certification, and lifetime service of flight control, hydraulic, fuel and inerting, fluid conveyance, thermal management, lubrication, and pneumatic systems and components for aerospace and other high-technology markets.

Our company supports the world's aircraft and aero engine manufacturers, providing a century of experience and innovation for commercial and military aircraft.

This role is a key senior leadership position within the Polymer Seals & UK Composites (PSC) division, encompassing our global footprint in EMEA, APAC, and NA regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the division's sales and marketing strategies, driving growth, and expanding our market share across our diverse product lines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the division's efforts to enhance the order book through strategic business development and securing new business awards across our product range.
  • Amplifying the division's customer relationship management by fostering strong relationships with customers and improving customer likelihood to recommend through personalized service and support.
  • Implementing and overseeing the effective use of CRM tools, leveraging data to optimize the sales process and improve customer engagement.
  • Utilizing customer satisfaction survey insights to drive continuous improvement within the organization, securing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Elevating the division sales and business development team's performance, focusing on developing robust sales strategies and marketing initiatives that drive organic growth and market penetration.
  • Mentoring and developing the Sales teams across all regions, ensuring alignment with the division's strategic goals and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Setting the strategic direction for Global Key Accounts, leading negotiations and sales initiatives to enhance long-term partnerships and secure revenue growth.
  • Guiding the Sales and BD team, enhancing competencies to manage core business effectively and identifying growth opportunities in new business areas.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies and plans for commercializing products and solutions, coordinating with internal and external groups for successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales & marketing or business development role with direct customer interaction and leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional Key Account Management teams effectively.
  • Expertise in Customer Engagement Processes and Key Account Management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Experience in channel management, with skills in optimizing business growth channels and managing direct customers and distributors.
