Product Growth Strategist

This is a critical position that requires at least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager within a technology company, with a proven track record of driving product growth and commercial success.
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development of our newest software products in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools, as well as a data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft user interfaces with UX/UI designers and drive product growth.
- Leverage market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyse customer feedback and usage data to inform the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track performance metrics post-launch and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Support sales and customer success teams with product expertise and training.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager within a technology company.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen.
What We Offer:
A competitive annual salary of £65,000 to £85,000, based on experience, plus access to office facilities, including free parking and an onsite gym.
