Job Overview

Brook Street UK is currently seeking a skilled Financial Management Expert to join their team in Ammanford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control team and sales ledger, while maintaining excellent business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the daily operations of the credit control team and ensure timely payments from customers.
  • To conduct regular appraisals and provide guidance to team members to improve performance.
  • To develop and implement strategies to recover overdue accounts from customers with credit limits exceeding £35k.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to achieve deadlines and meet business objectives.

Key Requirements:

An Accounts/Finance qualification is highly desirable, and a background in credit control is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
