About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Receivable Manager to join our team in Ammanford. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the credit control team and sales ledger while maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account receivable specialists, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct regular appraisals and provide guidance to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Engage with high-value customers who have exceeded their credit limits, negotiating payment plans and resolving any disputes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised accounts or finance qualification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A background in credit control, with experience in leading teams and achieving targets.
