Executive Chef

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at HC-One. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and events
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the kitchen and implement changes to enhance the resident experience
