About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Credit Controller to join our client's team in Ammanford. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function, including sales ledger management and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the credit control team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Conduct annual appraisals and other team management duties to drive performance and growth
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts, prioritizing those with credit limits over £35,000

Key Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Working Conditions
