We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services.

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with an estimated salary of £35,000 per annum, offering a competitive package that includes uncapped commission, quality and loyalty bonuses, and group discounts on property services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with our Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers and business, and providing expert advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a CeMap or industry equivalent qualification, excellent customer care skills, and the ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
