Site Manager Role

Salary: £55,000 (estimated)
Location: East London
Region: London

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is working with an award-winning developer to find a Site Manager for their new build affordable homes projects in the East London area.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering new build residential schemes, RC frame, Timber frame, and traditional build projects from inception through to completion. They will also be able to work effectively within a reputable housebuilder environment.

Responsibilities include leading and motivating full site teams, managing man resources, and ensuring that all construction projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a strong track record in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join a well-established company and contribute to the delivery of new build affordable homes projects in East London.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience of delivering new build residential schemes
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications
