Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of our development projects in London. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in main contracting, with a proven track record of working on large-scale projects between £10 and £75 million.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure project delivery adheres to specified drawings, programmes, and quality standards.
  2. Supervise direct labour and coordinate subcontractor activities to optimize efficiency and meet project requirements.
  3. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company procedures and legislation.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact.
  5. Implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure effective operations.
  6. Establish and maintain site setup and welfare facilities.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and line managers to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of construction techniques and relevant qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent) in construction, CIOB, First Aid, CSCS.
  • Prior experience in Life Sciences and Commercial Office schemes is essential.
  • Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
