Mental Health Professional

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at HMP Elmley or HMP Swaleside. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide specialist mental healthcare to offenders and work as part of the Mental Health Team and wider mental health services.
- Deliver a range of specialist interventions at primary and secondary care level, including learning disability, personality disorder, and substance misuse/dual diagnosis.
- Care Planning and risk assessing, with overall responsibility for the mental and physical health and well-being of offenders in their care.
