**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Forensic Counselling Psychologist / Psychological Therapist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our Integrated Mental Health Teams in HMP Elmley Prison, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological therapy assessments and interventions.

Salary: AFC Band 8a £55,755-£62,504 including RRP

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
  2. Provide culturally sensitive and appropriate psychological therapy interventions to prisoners and their families.
  3. Administer and interpret psychometric and neuropsychological tests to inform treatment decisions.
  4. Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development and research initiatives.
