Hospital Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Service Associate to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Department, you will play a vital role in serving and delivering food and nutritional products to our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meal trays and serve food to patients and customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with daily job assignments, cleaning tasks, and scheduled hours as posted on the schedule.
- Ensure proper care and treatment of technology assigned to your duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with six months of relevant experience or equivalent education.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Proficiency in English language and basic math skills required.
- Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
