The home features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema, and a professional hair and beauty salon.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Oakley Grange. As the Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are delivered at all times. This includes maintaining clean and comfortable environments, serving delicious food, and providing exceptional service to residents and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and manage the home's budgets, ensuring that departments use nominated suppliers.
  2. Recruit, train, and manage team members in activities such as catering, purchasing, and auditing.
  3. Ensure that the catering service meets the highest standards in terms of presentation and menu content, working closely with the Head Chef.
  4. Monitor and support dining areas during meal times to ensure high standards are met.
  5. Attend evening and weekend functions to provide a quality service to residents and guests.
  6. Ensure that the whole home team receives appropriate training and maintains customer service standards.
Requirements

We require a background in hotel or catering management, knowledge of budget control and purchasing, auditing of environment, food preparation, and presentation. Strong communication skills are essential for dealing with team members, residents, and family members.
