We require a skilled and customer-focused Hospitality and Events Associate to deliver exceptional service to patrons of our venues.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide high-quality customer service and support, with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Main Job Duties:- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons of the venues.
- Offer expert information on facilities and events to enhance customer experience.
Annual salary: approximately £27,800, based on 13.50 per hour including holiday pay
This includes the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2023.
