Job Title: Senior Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two Supported Living services in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have a strong care ethos and an entrepreneurial flare, with a proven track record of empowering staff to achieve under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of two Supported Living services in Bedford.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior care management role.
  • Strong knowledge of PBS and its application in Supported Living services.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
