Paediatric Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
* Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
* Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
* Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
* Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
* Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages
**Requirements**:
* Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
* Advanced communication skills
* Full UK driving license
