Requirements

  • Level 5 Health and Social Care GNVQ or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in care management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance.
