Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our East Locality team in Hull. As a key member of our integrated multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and control for individuals, ensuring they have a solution-focused plan to achieve their goals and maintain their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality social work practice, assessing and managing high levels of risk and providing expert opinion in relation to decisions surrounding complex cases.
- Undertake a professional leadership role, taking responsibility for the learning and development of others, through leadership and management, supervision, mentoring, assessing and teaching.
- Work creatively with individuals, local communities, and our partners, empowering them to deliver the best possible outcomes for people and to create a positive Adult Social Care culture.
- A strong value base that informs your human rights-based approaches with adults.
- A recognition that people are the experts in their lives.
- A relentless commitment to quality and best practice.
- A capacity for honest, critical reflection and openness to learning.
