Social Worker Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Safeguarding Team as a Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Social Workers and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Social Workers in the Children's Safeguarding Team
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children
- Manage and develop the skills and knowledge of the team to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of children
- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Children's Social Work team
- Experience of leading a team and managing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of child protection procedures and legislation
