Job Title: Lead Pastoral Care and Behaviour Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our pastoral care and behaviour management team.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of behaviour strategies for pupils with complex SEMH needs.
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Lead to ensure effective support for vulnerable pupils.
  • Coordinate behaviour interventions and develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Pastoral Support Plans (PSPs).
  • Build relationships with external agencies to provide additional support for pupils.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with challenging children with complex SEMH needs.
  • Confidence in dealing with safeguarding cases and acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
  • Training in Team Teach or willingness to be trained.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data to inform behaviour strategies.
Personal Qualities:
  • Caring and patient approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing exceptional pastoral care.
  • Flexible and able to think critically in challenging situations.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary range of £29,643 - £31,626 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, they will benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
