Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CCTV systems, monitoring control rooms, and de-escalating conflicts. They will also need to maintain health and safety awareness, use initiative to resolve issues, communicate effectively with teenagers, and provide pastoral care and support.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of youth engagement experience, full UK driving licence, pastoral care or behavioural support experience, customer-focused environment experience, and education industry experience. Additionally, CCTV monitoring knowledge and an Enhanced DBS certificate are required.
