About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop New Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify new potential partners, develop relationships, and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage Inbound Leads and Represent Access in Face-to-Face Meetings: Respond to inbound leads, represent Access in face-to-face meetings with potential partners, and build relationships to drive business growth.
  • Run Targeted Campaigns to Engage Partners: Plan and execute targeted campaigns to engage partners throughout the sales process, collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance lead generation through paid search and social media.
  • Organize and Participate in Industry Events: Plan and participate in industry events, both online and in-person, to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Track and Report on Campaign Performance: Track and report on campaign performance, adjust strategies for better results, and explore new approaches to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner strategies with business goals, manage budgets, and ensure a strong return on investment.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially with partner or affiliate channels, and a track record of managing and growing a partner pipeline.
  • Commercial Awareness and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing efforts to revenue growth, with excellent relationship-building and management skills.
  • Integrated Marketing Planning and CRM Tools: Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing plans across various channels, including inbound digital and outbound tactics, and proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to measure performance, report on results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and Flexible Approach: A proactive and flexible approach, capable of working under pressure to achieve results, with excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
