About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our leadership team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in driving the delivery of our strategic objectives and improving our customer service capability.

The Operations Director will be responsible for directing and controlling the Trakway Operations business, providing strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the Director of Trakway. You will work closely with our Service Centres to improve the customer experience and achieve operational efficiencies.

As a strategic leader, you will develop and deliver the growth plan for your Region, ensuring that financial and operational performance is achieved and exceeded. You will also provide strategic leadership and management to a profit-generating operational delivery team and develop business relationships to increase Trackway's market share.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a senior operational delivery role, with experience of delivering strategic aims and driving efficiencies and change to achieve these goals. You will have a customer-centric approach, with experience of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Providing leadership and management to a team of operational delivery professionals
