About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, making a real difference to patients' lives.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with diverse needs. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs, enhancing patients' functional ability and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' strengths and challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with HCPC.
  • Evidence of CPD.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Post-graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • NHS experience preferred.
