Care and Rehabilitation Specialist

Estimated Salary: £40,000 per annum based on experience.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Peripatetic Therapist.

This is a full-time opportunity that involves working from home and conducting face-to-face visits in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing individuals with disabilities and providing recommendations to support their needs.
  2. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with Local Authorities to deliver expert therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have experience/knowledge of the Disabled Facilities grant legislation/process and completed assessments and plan approvals for Disabled Facilities grants.

Requirements
  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field.
  • UK HCPC Registration required.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience within Adult social care.
  • Knowledge and experience of Disabled Facilities grants.
