Job Overview

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is a leading education recruiter, helping educators secure long-term roles in schools across London. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to provide tailored support
  • Collaborate with SEND Coordinators and teachers to ensure inclusive learning environments
What You Need:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field with a minimum 2:1 classification
  • A genuine interest in supporting students with SEND
  • Compassionate, proactive, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
