Job Overview:

About the Role:
We are looking for a supportive professional to work closely with our students, providing individualized care and guidance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our staff and students. As a 1:1 SEMH Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them manage their mental health and wellbeing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create personalized learning plans that meet each student's needs
- Identify and report any concerns or issues related to student welfare

Requirements:
- Psychology degree or relevant experience in mental health support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
