About the Opportunity

Cygnet Lodge Kenton is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Mental Health Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for individuals in our care, providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, and learning about individuals' specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way.
