Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Executive to join our team in the Midlands and North region. As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing business with Lyreco across various sectors.

The salary for this position is up to £45k per annum (dependent on experience), plus a comprehensive benefits package, including commission structure, private medical insurance, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, delivering exceptional account management, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proactively contact clients to maintain a high level of service delivery, while identifying further new business opportunities.
  • Manage an opportunity pipeline to achieve profitable gross margin across all accounts.
  • Project manage the roll-out of all new contracts and services.

Requirements:

  • Commitment and motivation to achieve goals.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining contracted business.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
  • Exposure to tender processes and re-tenders to retain and secure account contracts.
  • Ability to work from home.
