About the Role

We are seeking a skilled National Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team in the Derby area. As a Regional Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering on business KPIs across Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale and Independent Retailers. This includes building an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics, partnering with up to 300 retail Key Account, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your area, and achieving sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on business KPIs across Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale and Independent Retailers\
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics\
  • Partner with up to 300 retail Key Account, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your area\

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect an annual salary of £33,000 (£40,000 OTE), plus competitive benefits, a company car, and 29 days annual leave in addition to public and bank holidays. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career with a global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
