About the Job
- As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to drive growth.
- You will work closely with our recruitment team to source and place candidates in a variety of roles, ensuring the best match for both clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales and recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
What We Offer
- A competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, with uncapped commission and bonuses for unlimited earning potential.
