Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield. This role offers the opportunity to work with learners who have complex needs and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to learners with High Needs, including personal care, first aid, and medication as required.
  • Contribute to the identification of support needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Act as a key worker for learners, ensuring they receive the support they need to access learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs in a similar role or transferable role.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting learners with SEND.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
