Experienced Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

At Sennen Education Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting children with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviour. A competitive salary of £22,500 per annum is offered, making this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
This full-time role involves working 5 days a week, with an estimated start date in January. The school provides a warm and welcoming environment where staff members can develop their skills and become permanent members of the team.
About the Role:- A minimum of 3 months' experience working with children who have complex needs.
- An understanding of SEN/SEMH needs and a willingness to learn and adapt.
