Supporting Children's Growth and Development

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Complex Needs Educator to join our team at Philosophy Education. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping children with complex Special Educational Needs achieve their full potential.

The Position Details

This contract-based position involves working closely with experienced staff to provide high-quality support to children in year 4/5. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive behaviour, and work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of educational programmes.
