Outstanding PA Opportunity for Tech Directors

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized PA to provide exceptional support to 3-4 Tech Directors on a 6-month contract at a city-based finance house.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the Directors' diaries, ensuring seamless meeting arrangements and timely preparation of necessary materials.
  2. General Administration: Plan and arrange travel, accommodation, and expenses in line with company policy, while maintaining efficient filing systems.
  3. Correspondence and Communication: Assist in prioritizing and managing correspondence, highlighting urgent information to ensure effective time management.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring preparation and timely distribution of necessary materials.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Collate, edit, and prepare information packs and reports for management meetings.
  6. Relationship Building: Foster effective working relationships with the leadership team, stakeholders, and third-party relationships.
  7. Proactive Support: Anticipate and meet the needs of the Directors, staying one step ahead in planning and organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional support to senior executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home, and a competitive salary range of £55,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus.
