Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide seamless support to the Director. The successful candidate will have experience in senior-level leadership support, calendar management, and event coordination. They will work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide administrative support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  2. Coordinate domestic and international travel
  3. Manage expense report coordination and submission
  4. Organize and execute team activities, including staff meeting agendas and all-hands meetings
  5. Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  6. Act as a liaison for direct reports
  7. Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations
  8. Work closely with the leadership team and recruiting to provide support to the organization
  9. Document writing and editing
Requirements
  1. Experience in senior-level leadership support
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  3. Experience with executive-level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  2. Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  3. Experience managing multiple calendars
  4. Experience with event coordination and working across countries and time zones within a global organization
  5. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  6. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  7. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
