Business Expansion Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Business Expansion Leader to enhance our business development capabilities and drive growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Enhance the company's profile among existing and potential clients by implementing effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Bid Writers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure successful business outcomes.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, expanding client bases, and increasing revenue.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience.
