Role Overview:
As a Digital Support Specialist at Rullion, you will be working closely with the management team to assist with bids and tenders. Your responsibilities will include arranging meetings, recording minutes, managing project files, and ensuring resources are coordinated to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist management team with bid/tender processes
* Coordinate meetings and record minutes
* Manage project files and generate reports for stakeholders
* Ensure resource coordination to meet project requirements

Requirements:
* HNC/HND in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience (nuclear/engineering)
* Strong organisational skills
* Effective stakeholder management
* Resource management and planning experience

Preferred Qualifications:
* APM/Prince 2 qualification
