Clinical Care Specialist

A motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse is sought to work in a purpose built care home, providing general or specialist dementia nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve high standards of care by accurately assessing resident needs, administering medication, and maintaining care plans.
- Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP visits where necessary.
- Work closely with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
- Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
- Market competitive rates of pay.
