Job Title

A motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse is sought to work in a purpose built care home, providing general or specialist dementia nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve high standards of care by accurately assessing resident needs, administering medication, and maintaining care plans.
  • Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP visits where necessary.
  • Work closely with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
