Job Summary

Are you a skilled and dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking to take on a challenging role in urgent care? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in our Acute Visiting Service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with patients via telephone, video or face-to-face, using our electronic medical records system (EMIS) and providing expert clinical advice and care.
  2. Work collaboratively with our non-clinical team to provide a high-quality service to patients.
  3. Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and that the service meets the highest standards.
  4. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  5. Contribute to the development of local guidelines, protocols and standards.
