Job Title: Civil Engineering Asset Management SpecialistSalary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

We require a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer to join our asset management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain existing infrastructure assets, including roads, bridges and buildings.
  • Conduct site inspections and investigations to identify potential risks and defects.
  • Develop and implement asset management plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification.
  • 5 years' experience (minimum) in a civil engineering capacity, preferably in asset management or maintenance.
