Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £40,641 - £64,569 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a relocation package of up to £8,000 for eligible candidates.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Home Treatment Team as a Clinical Mental Health Specialist.
You will work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, which includes Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, Liaison and Diversion Services, and the Crisis Triage and Response Service.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive assessments of individuals presenting in crisis and undertake detailed assessments of people's needs.
- To use clinical skills and knowledge to provide intervention and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- To work as part of the Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service, collaborating with teams such as Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, Liaison and Diversion Services, and the Crisis Line.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in mental health, such as RMN, AHP, Psychology, or Social care (AMHPs).
- Post-registration experience or demonstrated competencies through Personal Development Plans.
- Multidisciplinary team work experience.
